Join us every Friday at Noon beginning the second week of September, for our well-being the mini series sessions! Your choice if you would like to attend all three or just one topic of interest. Each session will last 10-15 minutes. The mini series will dive into 3 topics of well-being: Growth Mindset, Self-Care, and Doom Scrolling.
