The high school early admission option for the nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, radiography, and sonography program was created to offer outstanding prospective students the opportunity to secure a position in one of the Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences programs prior to graduating from high school.

Graduate Programs in Biomedical Sciences (GPiBS)

The Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences (GPiBS) is a first-year, interdisciplinary program serving seven degree programs at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). Students will graduate with a PhD from one of the participating programs to prepare them for careers in biomedical sciences. Admitted students receive tuition/fee waivers, stipends, and health insurance.

Medical Humanities Scholars Program (MHSP)

Students are given provisional acceptance if they maintain at least the average MCAT and GPA of last year’s accepted medical students. They are guaranteed admission and get to forgo the medical school interview entirely if they are accepted as undergraduate freshmen. In this sequential BA/MD program, Medical Humanities Scholars design unique interdisciplinary programs that allow them to enhance their study of medicine with other areas of academic interest from the humanities, arts, and social sciences.

Early Careers in Medicine - The University of Tulsa

The Early Careers in Medicine (ECM) program provides highly qualified undergraduate students at The University of Tulsa with a unique opportunity to pursue an early provisional acceptance into the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine program, leading to an M.D. degree. Students are given provisional acceptance if they maintain at least the average MCAT and GPA of last year’s accepted medical students. Oklahoma City Community College Assurance Program (OCAP)

The OU College of Pharmacy in partnership with Oklahoma City Community College offers an early assurance pathway for OCCC students who receive an AS in Pre-Pharmacy, followed by four years of study in the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program at the OU Health Sciences campus in Oklahoma City.guarantees an interview into the PharmD program potentially earlier than the traditional application process as long as program requirements are met.
